Reasonable Costs and Flexible Methods of Payment

For personal injury cases, we offer a free initial consultation. Divorce and immigration matters are charged a low $100 initial fee, but that fee is applied toward your legal bill should you choose to retain our services. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment. Our firm handles personal injury cases on a contingency basis, and other legal services are charged on a flat rate basis or on an hourly basis. In personal injury cases (wrong death, etc), the initial consultation is free, and there are no attorney fees unless we recover compensation for you. For routine matters, such as bankruptcy and uncontested divorce, we charge a flat fee.
